Laboratory testing

UL-verified testing equipments are used to test our products throughout in-house reliability tests before put on the market. Follow-up factory inspection is carried out periodically by UL & CSA to assure our products remain consistent with the original recognized specification in design and materials.
Moreover we keep investing resources and efforts to expand our testing capabilities in order to meet increasing demand on product safety. TAIWAY works closely with independent testing authorities to obtain up-to-date information on product safety standards, it is our commitment to manufacture product that is safer in use.
TAIWAY's objective is to offer cost-effective products that are high quality, high reliable and to efficiently meet its customers' expectations.

Inspection
TAIWAY has a well-established quality control system starting from IQC, IPQC, FQC and OQC. We treat non-conformity seriously by adopting a systematic approach (8D methodology) to problem solving and continuous improvements.
TAIWAY's objective is to face the problem and discover the weaknesses in the quality control / management system that permitted the problem to occur in the first place.
We encourage our employees to think proactively by using FMEA analysis to come up preventive actions for potential problems and prevent them from happening in the future.
